The writing lab offers a number of presentations and hypertext workshops. Click on any category below to see a listing of items.
If you are an instructor at Purdue, a writing lab staff member can also come and give a presentation to your class. Visit our lab information page to find out more information about how to make this happen. You can also check out our PowerPoint presentations on CD.
We have a variety of PowerPoint presentations on the writing process, research, documenting sources, business and professional writing, and grammar and mechanics created by Writing Lab staff for our workshops and for instructors to use in their courses. They include facilitator notes and links to further information on each topic.
Warning: files are extremely large and may take some time to download.
OWL staff have also created some hypertext "workshops" that walk you through the process of writing documents such as research papers, resumes, and cover letters, as well as using American Pyschological Association (APA) style.
